Efficient communicative skills is an expression of one’s personality and a smooth and compelling interaction always leaves an indelible impression on people. In the fast changing global arena, profound linguistic expression has become requisite for all the professionals and students in particular. Being in teaching we have to interact with the students and this interaction has forced us to ponder over the fact that students, however talented or intelligent, lag behind when it comes to proficient and efficient communication. Consequently, they have to encounter colossus of nervousness, amnesia and they lose their most vital quality that is their self confidence and self-esteem. Their preposterous behavior is quite evident in their attitude as they gradually dissociate themselves from interacting with their friends. They shy away from asking questions in class. They are not able to develop a proper social circle, due to lack of sensible and matured communication. And in the worst cases they start dwelling in their imaginary world.
