periodicals, news, airline/train schedules, music, video, experimental data, commodity
prices etc., of interest to the general public. It is ideally accessible to anyone, anytime,
anywhere. Such an information utility is now emerging using the internet. It brings
with it many new problems of intellectual property rights, security, accessibility, cost
and ethics. In this talk we will highlight these issues.
