The Implementation of TQM in the library is a useful way to evaluate the quality of
the library services and provide goals for improvement. Quality is the customer satisfaction
through a product or by services. In the library customer means the user or the reader.
TQM in the context of libraries is to provide the right information to the right user at the
right time. In the present competition era, every person wants to live plea surely life which
increases the production rate in every aspect of life. To stay in this competition each and
every field applies a new logic. Due to the explosion of information, there is a rapid growth
in research to ful fills the needs and demands of human beings. In this paper focused on
application of TQM in academic libraries.
