Now world has accepted dominance of their entrepreneurial skills and is now widely accepted across the globe .They outcome as major source of business potential energy. However these are not the source of lifetime and these entrepreneurial skills may easily be undervalued and sometimes may become obsolete. Because of these circumstances, we (women) as an entrepreneur must find different ways how to prove your capacity at various points of time as to say to continuously fill the tank with water
Empowerment of Women - Women as a separate target group, account for 407.8 Million (including girl children) as per the 1991 census and constitute 48.1 % of the country total population.
Women Empowerment - According to the provisions of the constitution of India, it is a legal point to grant equality to women in the society in all spheres just like male. The Department of Women and child Development functions with the aim to provide proper development of the women and child in India. Since ancient times Women are given a top place in society however they were not empowered enough to participate in all areas. They need to be strong, aware and alert. And not miss any chance that they come across for their growth and development. Empowering women is the main motto of the development department because an empowered mother in family will give the nation better citizens in times to come.
