Yoga is a tool of awakening of untapped energy sources within the brain and mind. Yoga enhances inner strength and sharpens our intellect and provides the control on our emotions. It also brings a concentration and efficiency in to the action and work. Yoga aims the controlling mind and its modifications, in fact it constitute the discipline of mind, senses and physical body. It also brings the perfection, peace and everlasting happiness. However, all practices of yoga acts through the existing mechanism of brain and nervous system. Yoga is a pure science evidenced by the research of many scientists since last four decades. The student age of man is like a melted wax, that forms the shape of mould, applied it. In today’s globalization age the competition and quality is one of the most important criterion, for the survival of human societies. The definition of “cultured society’ and cultured individuals’ are now changing vastly, the person having creative mind and high working capacity, are only fit for their survival in the cultured societies. As Charles Darwin, stated “The survival of fittest in nature”, the norms of fitness are modified in the globalization policy. Hence the students require the mould of mind building, creativity enhancing and moral education, that they can form the shape of useful national element. The study of ancient and recent yogic literature and its regular practices helps to build the mind, health, creativity, working power and basic cultural principle that is maintenance of moral character, in the further generation on the earth.
